Fixed Price-Fixed Cost Model

This mode of engagement is ideally suited for developing known and well understood solutions with relatively low to medium levels of complexity. This model is well suited for projects that have clear specification documents and sufficient amount of detail so that all risks are identified along with necessary mitigation processes and all assumptions are made explicit.

Time and Material model

As the name suggests the customer will be charged based on the resources utilized and the time spent for the project. This is the best method for implementing projects which are longer in duration and where the project specifications evolve as the implementation progresses. Large scale and complex projects are best executed using this approach. Effective project management ensures that effort is estimated and implemented in an effective and controlled fashion to reduce time and cost overruns.

Offshore consulting

Dedicated offshore resources needed by the client will be identified and assigned for the use of the client as per agreed terms. This is suitable for software consulting and development companies or IT departments of large business houses who like to have an offshore development team or need resources on a short-term or long term basis.

The client shall evaluate and identify the required resources who are engaged in the project vide a fixed price or a time and material model - as the case may be. Hedron shall ensure the needed infrastructure and support for successful completion of any given venture or need.

Onsite Consulting

Dedicated onsite resources needed by the client will be identified and assigned for the use of the client as per agreed terms. The resources shall be placed at the location specified by the client. This is suitable for software consulting and development companies or IT departments of large business houses who like to have experienced and skilled resources to be available at their location on a short term basis. The pricing model is dictated by the time period of the engagement along with the country of operation.
